Frequently Asked Questions

Finally ready to confirm your orders, but there is a question or 2 lingering on your mind? Worry not! Please assist to refer to below FAQs, to see if its able to rid that quirky feeling off your chest. Should they not hit the spot, please feel free to drop us an email to admin@vanlyssadreams.com

1. ORDERS

 

 

There are no minimum orders, neither are there minimum OR maximum quantities. As long as you like it, you want it, its all yours!

 

Just click ADD TO CART, and you are half way to having a wardrobe filled with pretty, funky, girly & fashionable clothes, specially for the little ones!

 

 

2. DELIVERY

Once Payment has been received, we will contact you regarding the receipt of funds within 48 hours, via Email.

 

In the email, it will show your purchased items once again. Should we receive no replies from you about any wrong items etc, we will then consolidate all other orders for the week.

 

After the week's consolidation is done, we will proceed to start the picking from our warehouse. After which, another week is required for delivery to be done. Thus, a good 2-3 weeks grace is required for delivery.

 

We know its taking a very long time, but we are very short handed, BUT we promise to ship these precious treasures to you as fast as we can!

Should an item that you had ordered AND paid, but only for us to find out that its out of stock, we will immediately contact you via Email, and inform you accordingly. 

 

There will be an option for you when this happens. We can either credit the funds back to your bank account, OR we can leave the credits in your account with Vanlyssa Dreams, and you may use it to offset your next purchase in future.

 

There will be no refunds of wrong sizes or wrong colours that you had chosen, as we believe that we have been very clear in our choices listed for our clothes, thus we hope that you will be able to understand our situation, due to overwhelming orders that we have on hand

Within Singapore

Courier Service (Door to Door Delivery with Tracking ID + Insurance) - Package will be delivered directly to the doorstep of the address issued. Tracking number is available. In case of unsuccessful delivery, you may also request free redelivery

> 5.00 under $200 Spending 
> FOC for $200 and Above Spending

 

Outside Singapore

$12.00 nett fees for all other countries like Malaysia, Thailand, Philipines and Vietnam

 

We all know how normal posts/registered mails somehow always go hay-wire, thus we only recommend Courier Service for our deliveries.
